This website (the “Site”) has been create by Mantrapoynt, Inc. (“Mantrapoynt”) for use of the public to learn about the company and its products. The information that Mantrapoynt provides is subject to the following terms of use (“Terms”). Mantrapoynt endeavors to keep information on the Site up to date and accurate; however, it does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information presented on the Site. Mantrapoynt reserves the right to change every kind of information (including Terms) without further notice to you. 

 Any software that is made available to download from this site is the copyrighted work of Mantrapoynt and/or its suppliers. Such software shall be used in accordance with the respective terms of the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) which accompanies the software. Any use of the software not in accordance with the respective EULA is expressly prohibited. 

 All the information, communications, software, scripting, photos, text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images and other materials and services found on the Site (collectively referred to as “Content”) are provided by Mantrapoynt as a service to its customers and may be used for informational and non-commercial or personal use only. The unauthorized copying, displaying, or other use of any Content from this site is a violation of the domestic and/or international legislation. 

 Mantrapoynt does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the Site. Any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to the Site (other than Personal Information described below) will be considered non-confidential. By transmitting or posting any information you grant Mantrapoynt an unrestricted royalty free right to copy, disclose, distribute, and otherwise dispose of such information.

You agree to refrain from posting or transmitting to or from the Site any unlawful material that may violate any domestic and/or international legislation. Mantrapoynt may at its own discretion monitor or review any areas on the Site where users transmit or post materials or communicate solely with each other such as user forums. Mantrapoynt will have no liability related to the content of any such areas.

 The Site may provide links to other third-party websites. Mantrapoynt makes no representations whatsoever about any other site which you may access through the Site. You acknowledge and agree that Mantrapoynt is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. References on the Site to any names, marks, products or services of any third parties or hypertext links to third party sites or information are provided solely as a convenience to you. Mantrapoynt does not endorse or recommend content of such sites. 

 All materials contained in the Site are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Mantrapoynt disclaims all warranties of any kind including all warranties and conditions of merchantability whether express implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Any use of the Content on this Site is at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, including but not limited to loss of data

Under no circumstances shall Mantrapoynt be liable for any kind of damages, indirect or consequential, including, without limitation: loss of profits or revenues; costs of replacement goods; and all damages resulting from (i) downloading of any software available, (ii) use of the information or materials present, (iii) Mantrapoynt failure to provide services, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action even if Mantrapoynt was informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

 “Personal Information” means private data about a natural person. Mantrapoynt may obtain your name when doing business with you, your company, and third parties who disseminate such information such as trade shows attendance lists. Your name is likely the only Personal Information we will have about you. Your company name, company address and company email address are not Personal Information.

Where a business relationship exists in the form of a software or evaluation license, you will receive reasonable email communications from us for legitimate uses such as invoicing, product updates, and service bulletins.

Mantrapoynt will not provide your Personal Information to any third party.

 Mantrapoynt uses Google Analytics to track traffic on the Site. Information received by Mantrapoynt from Google is anonymous and not connected with any Personal Information. It includes statistics on the number of clicks on various sections of the Site used to improve our presentation and Content.

Mantrapoynt maintains contact with interested parties via direct marketing, email newsletters and the like for the furtherance and development of our business. To cease receiving these types of email communications, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message.

 You have the right to have your Personal Information removed completely from our contact database. To have your name and any personal email address completely removed by Mantrapoynt, send a message to general@mantrapoynt.com and it will be deleted as soon as possible.

If you are a technical or business contact of a Mantrapoynt customer or evaluator who wishes to be removed from our contact database, you must provide us a successor contact name, professional email, and company address so that we can continue to effectively service your account. Without a successor contact you will be unsubscribed for marketing materials, but your details will be retained until a successor is identified.
